The Kinley estate is a new estate currently under construction in Lilydale, Australia by Henley Homes[1]. The estate is on the site of the old lilydale quarry and is expected that 10,00 people will call Kinley home by the end of its construction[2].
Kinleys masterplan includes multiple parks, over 2,000 houses and a small shopping centre, Similer in size to the nearby Lilydale Marketplace[3]. There are also plans to add a train station on the Lilydale line and a Government school for children with disabilities, but these plans need to be approved by the Victorian government before construction starts.
Kinley is Surrounded by the suburbs of Lilydale and Mooroolbark. Next to Kinley is the Lakeview heights estate, home to 1,000 people. Nearby is Lilydale Lake, an artificial lake constructed in 1990[4]. There is an entrance on Hull road and a planned entrance near the Box Hill Institute in Lilydale.
