Lucas Ramón Romero Gómez (born 29 August 2002) is a Paraguayan professional footballer who plays as a defensive midfielder for the Paraguayan División Intermedia club Recoleta and the Paraguay national team.
Romero is a product of the Paraguayan club Tacuary, and began his senior career with them in the Paraguayan División Intermedia in 2023. On 26 May 2025, he transferred to Recoleta.[1]

Romero was called up to the senior Paraguay national team for a set of friendlies in November 2025.[2]
