Luis Osorio de Moscoso y Borbón (11 February 1849 – 19 April 1924), also known as el conde romántico (“the Romantic Count”) due to his passion for painting and the arts, was a Spanish aristocrat and politician. He held the titles of 21st Count of Cabra, 17th Marquess of Ayamonte, and Viscount of Iznájar. Additionally, he was a Grandee of Spain, a member of the Real Maestranza de Caballería de Ronda, and a knight of the Order of Alcántara from 1867.[1]
