American football player
Malachi Toney is an American college football wide receiver for the Miami Hurricanes.
Toney attended American Heritage High School in Plantation, Florida. As a senior, he had 58 receptions for 1,008 yards with 12 touchdowns and was named the Nat Moore Trophy winner and the Broward 4A-1A Football Offensive Player of the Year.[1][2] He reclassified from the 2026 to 2025 class and committed to the University of Miami to play college football.[3]
Toney competed for immediate playing time his true freshman year at Miami in 2025.[4][5][6]
