Mannat – Har Khushi Paane Ki is an Indian Hindi-language television drama series that premiered on Colors TV on 6 January 2025 and streams digitally on Disney+ Hotstar. Produced by Mukta Dhond under Malhar Content Creations, it stars Ayesha Singh, Adnan Khan and Mona Vasu.

22 years ago, Mannat was abandoned by her mother Sonia Khanna and left to die at the edge of the sea, but she was saved by a young boy named Aman Kumar, and she is taken in and raised, by her aunt Shruti Khanna. Years later, after graduating from culinary college, Mannat is now a talented chef, who seeks employment at the esteemed restaurant Mezbaani which is operated by Aishwarya Raisingh and her business partner Vikrant Saluja.

Unbeknownst to anyone, both Aishwarya and Mannat share a hidden connection, Aishwarya is actually Mannat’s biological mother, Sonia, who has legally changed her name to Aishwarya, Mannat secures a job at Mezbaani, but, when Aishwarya learns about Mannat’s actual background and notices her growing connection, with Vikrant, she decides to fire Mannat. Aishwarya’s intention is to strengthen her ties, with the Saluja family, by arranging a marriage between Vikrant and her younger daughter, Malla, who is also Mannat’s best friend and maternal half-sister. But Vikrant, who recognizes Mannat’s potential, rehires her, much to Aishwarya’s complete frustration.

Vikrant is unaware that, his entire identity has been completely concocted, by his supposed parents, Neetu and Ronnie, who he believes to be his biological parents, in fact he is Aman, the same one, who had saved Mannat’s life all those years ago, the real Vikrant had tragically died in his childhood, overwhelmed, with grief, Neetu drove recklessly, leading to an accident that, had seriously injured Aman’s parents, Mr. Kumar and Vishaka, but, instead of taking them to the hospital, she callously chose to leave them behind, abducting Aman in a twisted attempt to replace her lost son, giving Aman the name and identity of Vikrant, unable to accept the fact that, her son was gone forever, Neetu had fabricated a new life for Aman, Mr. Kumar and Vishaka were eventually taken to the hospital, but well Vishaka only had fallen, into a temporary coma, but Mr. Kumar sadly did not survive, due to the delays in receiving medical care, when Ronnie had found out about the incident, instead of returning Aman to his family, supported Neetu’s delusions, even trying to bribe Aman’s grandmother to prevent her from pressing charges against Neetu for her reckless and criminal actions, but she had refused to drop the charges, forcing Neetu and Ronnie to flee to London, with Aman. The only others who know the truth about Aman’s identity, aside from Neetu and Ronnie, are Ronnie’s brother Bobby and his sister-in-law Raveena.

Aman initially has no recollection of his past. But after returning to India after 22 years, after being away for 22 years, he starts to experience fragments of his memories. Well Neetu discreetly administers Aman illegal medicine that, diminishes his memories to keep him from discovering his actual identity.
