Neoserica biuncinata is a species of beetle of the family Scarabaeidae.[1] It is found in China (Sichuan).[2][3]

Adults reach a length of about 9.1 mm. They have a reddish brown, oblong body. The antennae are yellow and the dorsal surface is dull and nearly glabrous.[3]

The species name is derived from Latin bi– (meaning twice) and uncinatus (meaning hook shaped) and refers to the shape of its aedeagus.[3]
