Okada Manila (Japanese: オカダマニラ, romanized: Okada Manira) is an integrated resort and casino complex located in Entertainment City, Parañaque, Metro Manila, Philippines. Developed by Tiger Resort, Leisure and Entertainment, Inc.[1], the property features a casino gaming floor, a hotel, restaurants, retail, meeting and event spaces, a spa, theaters, and a large choreographed fountain display. The resort markets itself as a luxury destination for both domestic and international visitors.[2]

Plans for the Okada Manila[3] development were announced by Tiger Resort, Leisure and Entertainment, Inc.,[4] a company associated with Japanese entrepreneur Kazuo Okada[5]. Construction began in the mid‑2010s as part of the Philippine government’s push to develop Entertainment City as a hub for tourism and gaming. Okada Manila opened to the public in late 2016 following a soft‑opening period; the resort’s full facilities were made available in phases thereafter.

In September 2024, Tomohiro Okada[6] was appointed president and representative director of Universal Entertainment Corporation, the parent company of the Okada Manila casino resort in the Philippines.

Okada Manila’s master plan incorporates a high‑rise hotel tower, a gaming floor, retail spaces, multiple dining venues, event and convention facilities, fitness and spa offerings, and entertainment venues. The resort is widely noted for its large, multicolor choreographed fountain show located on an artificial lake in front of the complex; the fountain is promoted by the resort as a signature attraction. Okada Manila positions itself as a luxury integrated resort, with interior design and amenities aimed at the upscale market.

Okada Manila takes pride in its unique and world-class amenities. Its most iconic feature is The Fountain, considered one of the world’s largest multicolor dancing water features measuring 37,464 square meters—as expansive as 50 Olympic-sized pools.

Enveloped by the elegant Crystal Corridor and Crystal Pavilion, The Fountain can bring select music to life through a fantastic choreography of light, water, and sound. The Fountain is equipped with advanced underwater robots, more than two-thousand lights, dozens of high-fidelity speakers, and more than 700 high-power jets that can shoot water beyond the height of the Okada Manila hotel building.

Aimed to become Manila’s main tourism icon, this fountain is designed and developed by WET, the same team behind the world’s most popular water feature in Las Vegas’ Bellagio and Dubai’s Burj Khalifa.

The Garden is a lush open space that offers guests a front-row seat to breathtaking views of the Manila bay sunset.

Make your dream sunset wedding come to life at The Garden, a romantic setting with a spectacular backdrop of sea and sky, and surrounded by vibrant greenery and lush blooms. Covering over 30,000 sqm of space with several pockets of location options, The Garden makes a picturesque venue to behold and long remembered by the couple and their guests.[7]

Cove Manila stands as Okada Manila’s signature events space, hosting world-class concerts, gala events, and milestone celebrations in a setting that blends cutting-edge technology with seamless guest comfort.

Housed under a UV-protected glass dome measuring 90 meters in diameter and 30 meters in height, the venue offers 9,000 square meters of column-free space and can host up to 5,000 guests, making it one of the most versatile indoor venues in Asia.

Cove Manila supports a range of configurations within a fully climate-controlled environment, from cabanas and bungalows with private jet tubs, dining areas, media and karaoke rooms, to a butterfly-shaped pool and a scenic sunset deck overlooking Manila Bay. Equipped with state-of-the-art audio, video, and lighting systems, including the renowned Funktion-One sound technology, Cove Manila delivers breathtaking and immersive experiences for any kind of event.

More than just a venue, Cove Manila has become a premier destination for festivals, brand activations, and large-scale private events, reshaping the events landscape in the Philippines and beyond.
