Paramount Television International Studios (formerly known as Viacom International Studios and ViacomCBS International Studios) is an international television production and distribution company that is a division of Paramount Skydance that produces and distributes scripted content for its streaming service platform Paramount+, they also produced, providing production services for a variety of genres and commissions television programs for Paramount Skydance’s international television networks worldwide such as Nickelodeon & 5 and for third-party broadcasters and distributors.

Paramount Television International Studios was first established on October 5, 2015, when Viacom International Media Networks announced it had established its international production division that would serve as a production hub for its global entertainment network brands worldwide, including Nickelodeon, MTV and Comedy Central entitled Viacom International Studios which would be based in Miami, Florida to expand Viacom’s production capabilities for global networks as the new international studio would produce local adpatations of Viacom’s productions including original scripted & unscripted content worldwide for its global networks & mobile and digital platforms internationally with VIMN president Bob Bakish heading the new international production division Viacom International Studios as president, Viacom International Studios had also opened up a new production studio facility based in Miami, Florida where VIMN’s Latin American division VIMN Americas was headquarted following the launch of Viacom International Studios, with the new production studio facility would be served as the production of Viacom International Studios’ productions.[1][2][3] Its first production for a global audience was I Am Frankie released a year later in 2016 which was based on the Nickelodeon Latin America’s telenovela Yo soy Franky had became a global success and was the first series to originate from the new international studio Viacom International Studios and was produced from its headquarters in Miami.[4]

In May 2018 when Viacom International Studios’ parent Viacom had brought Argentinan television network Telefe in November 2016, Viacom International Studios had brought all of Viacom’s Latin American production subsidiairies including Viacom’s own Latin American branded production unit, the production studios of Argentinan television network Telefe and its Brazilian comedy production subsidiary Porta dos Fundos and had merged their content production and sales capabilities into the Miami-based international production company Viacom International Studios.[5]
