Südalinn is a subdistrict in the district of Kesklinn, Tallinn, the capital of Estonia. The subdistrict name translates as “downtown” Estonian: südalinn, lit.‘heart city’ whereas the larger district is located in the kesklinn (“midtown”) of Tallinn.

Südalinn had a population of only 169 permanent residents (As of 1 January 2014[update]).[1]
