In my opinion, having the table of contents structured with each district having subsections is ridiculous. They’re such small sections that someone can easily find everything with just the districts. The current formatting adds a considerable amount of bloat to the article, and makes it more difficult to actually find the district you’re looking for. The article for 2023 has what I think is a better alternative. Is anyone really attached to the current formatting or has reasons why I shouldn’t change the table?
