– The current title is too long and very difficult to search for. These titles would be much shorter and more compliant with WP:CONCISE. WP:COMMONNAME also says that we should use a commonly recognisable name, one that is supported by reliable sources and is the most well-known name. I also support changing the titles of NRLW season articles but I’ll start a seperate discussion for that on the 2025 page if this proposal has favourable reception. Per WP:OFFICIALNAME, we should use the name that most people know, not the one that any organisation promotes. I support a derivative of this title like “2025 NRL Women’s Grand Final”, but NRLW is the most commonly used name for the league. It’s really strange that we use “Premiership” here and not for the men’s game. Qwerty123M (talk) 04:25, 3 January 2026 (UTC)[reply]
