1. Everything has a citation already. Please be specific, maybe use [citation needed]?
2. “Butenachlor” appears in many lists of herbicides and many times when discussing chemical groups of similar pesticides, so it is broadly recognised as a herbicide active compound, so it should have a short article with a few basic facts. That it is “obsolete” is nothing great, it still works, but is not currently commercialised. Benzoylprop, for example, was obsolete but re-commercialised in 2017.
