The image shows Elsa Kolo (ኤልሳ ቆሎ) which seems to be a related but different product. Dabo kolo is made from bread pieces (ዳቦ) as the name suggests, but elsa kolo is a mix of a kind of roasted barley and peanuts. A google search for both will show the difference.
