At first glance, I’ve found some factual errors.

1. President Thein Sein vacated seat for Naypyidaw Zabuthiri Township constituency

, not Yangon Region, succeeded by Sanda Min.

1. There was no vacant seat for House of Nationalities for Yangon Region in Myanmar by-elections, 2012.
2. No one was elected anywhere representing National Democratic Force in 2012 elections.
