I am the author of both items, and the material on my website is Creative Commons. I take your point about non-commercial not being enforceable, which I can remove, but I would appreciate a link to how the remedy the matter, including GD?? which I found confusing (the pages linked to explained the background, but sadly not *how* to correct it by offering copyright. It’s an under-researched area of disadvantage, so there isn’t a lot of source material to choose from. Thanks.
