The earlier deletion was due to lack of independent reliable sources and insufficient demonstration of notability. This version has been substantially rewritten with:
- Multiple independent, reliable secondary sources
- Clear coverage establishing notability per WP:GNG and WP:CREATIVE
- Neutral encyclopedic tone with no promotional language
- Proper inline citations throughout
The content is not substantially identical to the previously deleted version and directly addresses the reasons for the prior deletion.
