I rewrote the article because the earlier version had very little material actually related to the topic. The subject is pretty narrow–the relationship between semiconductor manufacturing, specifically, and international relations. It is not about Chinese territorial claims, broadly speaking, nor is it about public polling, nor about military hypotheticals. There are already articles about One China, the various Taiwan Strait Crises, any number of elections in Taiwan, the People’s Liberation Army Navy, and really almost any other topic relating to the Taiwan/China relationship. Taiwan does not want to be part of communist China. How are polls about Taiwanese independence not relevant on a page about deterring war with them? That’s why China wants to invade because Taiwan does not want to peacefully capitulate and has repeatedly voted not to reunify. Your article lacks seriously important elements. If you read the notice from Materialscientist more carefully you will see that it does not tell you that if you continue editing the page you will be banned. It is a warning that if you continue on your current path, you likely will be blocked from editing the page. I’m new so I probably am color blind, whatever that means. I think what I did what that paragraph was move it to a different section. That has nothing to do with absolutely everything I wrote getting deleted all at once. I think I’m confusing the two incidents as being related and they don’t seem to be. One thing I wanted to add about, but now I’m too worried Ill get banned if I do, is Chinas military build up over the last 20-30 years. Especially their Navy which has the most ships of any navy.
