:”’Support”’ move as proposed, per nom and the above discussion. The film should be the primary topic over the game. Last year, the game had 77 pageviews per day, and this year, it’s in the hundreds directly because of film-related details. (The major spikes in pageviews are all attributable to the film as well.) Basically, a lot more readers were arriving at the game article looking for the film article. In case WP:CRYSTAL is a concern, the worst-performing Star Wars film, Solo from 2018, still had in 2024 a daily pageview of 1,540, and even more this year with 1,835. - I would support this move if others agree, it will need to happen eventually anyway. – adamstom97 (talk) 16:54, 30 August 2025 (UTC)
- I also agree that this film is going to be the inevitable primary topic, and would support moving it as such. — Trailblazer101🔥 (discuss · contribs) 17:29, 30 August 2025 (UTC)
- Trailblazer101, Adamstom.97, I’ve requested a move below. Erik (talk | contrib) 23:42, 29 September 2025 (UTC)

Star Wars: Starfighter (film) → Star Wars: Starfighter – In August 2025, the video game article was at Star Wars: Starfighter and had a daily average of 583 views. In September, after the disambiguation to Star Wars: Starfighter (video game), it had a daily average of only 67 views. (Last year, it averaged 77 views.) This means most readers were arriving at the video game article looking for the film article.
Meanwhile, the film article has had a daily average of 3.5K views, and as stated in the discussion above, the worst-performing Star Wars film, Solo from 2018, still has a daily pageview today of nearly 1.8K. So the film is the primary topic for Star Wars: Starfighter now and for the foreseeable future, and we do not need two disambiguation terms at a disambiguation page. The film article can have a hatnote linking to the video game article and to the list of Star Wars starfighters. Erik (talk | contrib) 23:41, 29 September 2025 (UTC)
