NO QPQ needed. Article promoted to GA within timeframe. Hook is interesting, sourced, and cited inline. Earwig picks up some copyright concerns: the phrase “He completed a nine-month deployment in Afghanistan with the National Guard’s 186th Infantry Regiment, 41st Infantry Brigade Combat Team in 2015.” is taken almost directly word-for-word from his official biography. there are a few other minor tweaks that could be made as well to avoid WP:CLOP.
