Include their qualities and what you believe they would do well as an administrator. Explain any mishaps that happened in the past you feel may affect the votes. Questions for the candidate

Dear candidate, thank you for offering to serve Wikipedia as an administrator. Please answer these questions to provide guidance for participants:

1. Why are you interested in becoming an administrator?
A: Here indicate any areas of admin only work you would like to do. Provide links to the various processes (CSD, DYK etc) and say why you want to work there and why you feel you would do well at those venues.
2. What are your best contributions to Wikipedia, and why?
A: List any things you’ve done that you are particularly proud of. It may include any featured or good articles, founding some WikiProject or similar.
3. Have you been in any conflicts over editing in the past or have other users caused you stress? How have you dealt with it and how will you deal with it in the future?
A: In this space write about when you may have got into a conflict (be it 3RR, content disagreement or a block etc) and give a few details. Say if you think this will affect you in any way as an administrator.

You may ask optional questions below. There is a limit of two questions per editor. Multi-part questions are disallowed, but you are allowed to ask follow-up questions related to previous questions. Make sure to use level-five section headers, not boldface.
