Umidjon Jalolov (born 12 July 2002) is an Uzbek freestyle wrestler competing in the 65 kg division. He won a bronze medal at the 2025 World Wrestling Championships.[1]

Jalolov won the gold medal at the 2018 Summer Youth Olympics in Buenos Aires in the 48 kg event.[2]

He later became world champion at the age-group level, winning the 2019 World Cadet Wrestling Championships and the 2022 World Junior Wrestling Championships.[3]

At the continental level, he earned silver at the 2025 Asian U23 Wrestling Championships in Vũng Tàu. He also placed fifth at both the 2023 Asian Wrestling Championships and the 2025 Asian Wrestling Championships.[4]

At the 2025 World Wrestling Championships in Zagreb, Croatia, Jalolov competed in the men’s freestyle 65 kg division. In the round of 16, he defeated Switzerland’s Nino Leutert 11–0 by technical superiority. In the round of 8, he overcame Abdulmazhid Kudiev of Tajikistan 8–4. He then advanced to the semifinals by defeating Sebastian Rivera of Puerto Rico 5–3. In the semifinal, Jalolov lost 5–0 against Japan’s Kotaro Kiyooka. In the bronze medal match, he defeated neutral athlete Ibragim Ibragimov 7–3 to claim the bronze medal.[5]
