- My nickname is a Cyrillic projection of a Greek: Βικιδημος portmanteau, something along the lines of Greek: Νικόδημος (“victorious people”, cf. Nicodemus). It is pronounced somewhere along the lines of “Wiki-dim” (pun intended) and should mean “[of] wikipeople”. If you have hard time finding Cyrillics on your keyboard, feel free to address me as Wikidemus or even Wikidim.
- I have been writing articles for Wikipedia in multiple languages since either 2005 or 2006, starting too long ago to pinpoint an exact date, and switched mostly to Russian in 2007. The editing of Wikipedia in Russian became tiresome for me in 2021 due to an extensive off-wiki coordination of a few colleagues who effectively changed the conflict resolution process very much not to my liking.[1]This is not just my issue, the result of this group’s activity can be clearly seen in the number of editors active in content creation dwindling, see this graph (the bottom line is a control group, it depicts the number of editors that are active in non-content activities). For my personal opinion on the causes, see User:Викидим/Discord from Discord.
- Historically I have used multiple accounts, originally to separate my contributions by languages[2] and later by subjects. These were and are used strictly within WP:SOCKLEGIT, with no restrictions applied ever to any one of them, except for this account (and even in this case never even remotely related to the article content). In an unlikely case a legitimate question will arise, I have no problem discussing my alternate accounts with the local powers that be.

- When I Get Low, I Get High (looking for sources that are not hemp-oriented, as seems to be frequently the case, [126], [127], [128], [129], [130], [131]). This is a jazz “standard”, after all, someone should have paid serious attention to it. [132], [133], [134] An expert on Ella Fitzgerald is Will Friedwald, cf. his comments on A Tisket, A Tasket. [138] (food as metaphor common to Julia Lee), some think the “spinach” is a reefer ([139], [140], [141]), although the lyrics clearly suggests sex ([142], [143] and [144] agree), double entendre ([145], even triple[146], p. 37: “I Didn’t Like It The First Time” a.k.a. “The Spinach Song” can be considered a rare example of triple entendre, since spinach conveyed a reference to opium as well as sex )
