:I don’t think you made a mistake in removing it, and I’m glad we can have a discussion regarding that change. My whole reasoning for adding it in there was due to the court not only dismissing the criminal cases brought against [[Prosecution of James Comey|James Comey]] and [[Prosecution of Letitia James|Letitia James]], but also finding that Lindsey Halligan’s appointment as US Attorney for the Eastern District of VA to be unlawful. I also felt that having “De facto interim, unlawful” in the infobox also made my change to the lede speak for itself. Ideally, it would be better to have added a source in there in the first place.
