- There doesn’t need to be a single verifiable source to be given here in the lead for each and every smaller European ethnic community who settled in French Algeria, just like no source was given for the main ethnic groups. There are enough verifiable and accessible sources in publication and online referring to the ethnic groups I have added.

You need to discuss the disagreement on the article’s talk page and work towards a revision that represents consensus among everyone involved. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution if discussions reach an impasse. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. For a start, the source about “Corsican Greeks” is unreliable (it’s literally based on Wikipedia and a blog). Second, as I explained above, not everything belongs in the lead, so even if properly sourced, what you added wouldn’t belong there as it will be WP:UNDUE. Third, it’s also redundant since “Greek Corsicans” were “Corsicans” and “Corsicans” were already French at that time. M.Bitton (talk) 00:45, 27 November 2025 (UTC)
- @~2025-36451-70: You’ve also knowingly made another unsourced edit at Hussein Dey ([1]) and it seems like you’ve been doing this type of thing for weeks (comparing with edits like this and other edits by that IP, which can only be you or someone linked to you). At this point, these edits would justify reporting you to administrators and requesting a block on your IPs unless you radically change your behaviour immediately.
