:Just a note – on one of my reverts of anonymous editor’s additions, I hit the ‘vandalism’ button, rather than ‘non-constructive edit’. That was an incorrect application, this has been a content and sourcing dispute, and my previous edit summaries made that clear. Just wanted ‘the record’ to show that there was no vandalism, only disruptive editing issues. cheers. Hello, I’m Toast1454. I wanted to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions to James Best have been undone because they did not appear constructive. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you have any questions, you can ask for assistance at the Teahouse or the Help desk. Toast1454TC 19:03, 4 December 2025 (UTC)
Your recent editing history at James Best shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. This means that you are repeatedly changing a page’s content back to how you believe it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree with your changes. Please stop editing the page and use the talk page to work toward creating a version of the page that represents consensus among the editors involved. Wikipedia provides a page explaining how this is accomplished. If discussions reach an impasse, you can request help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution such as a third opinion. In some cases, you may wish to request page protection while a discussion to resolve the dispute is ongoing.
If you continue edit warring, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor’s work—whether in whole or in part, or whether it involves the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also, please keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you do not violate the three-revert rule— if things indicate that you intend to continue reverting content on the page. Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Chyler Leigh. Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Repeated vandalism may result in the loss of editing privileges. Toast1454TC 19:06, 4 December 2025 (UTC)
Please stop your disruptive editing.
If you continue to disrupt Wikipedia, as you did at James Best, you may be blocked from editing. Revert warring, adding claims from fan-based forum, uncivil edit summary commentary. Please stop. cheers. anastrophe, an editor he is. 19:07, 4 December 2025 (UTC)
