Hi @[[User:AlphaBetaGamma|AlphaBetaGamma]], I hope you had a great birthday mate(today is my bday ^_^)…. so I need your assistance with this draft that I’ve been working on in the past two months although Im very green when it comes to creating draft and I fully understand the concerns raised on on the previous reviews relating to sourcing and the citing of the of the WP policy(BLP), and especially regarding reliable sources and the client is very wary about the multiple resubmissions and the rejections of the the draft and she doesn’t understand why the draft doesn’t mean the criteria to get it approved even after she provided all links(well some of them doesn’t meet the BLP policy)so hence why I am right writing this message that if you could um assist me and help me improve the article further. thank you [[User:L33de2nd|L33de2nd]] ([[User talk:L33de2nd|talk]]) 07:37, 17 November 2025 (UTC)

Due to real-life events, I am physically not in a state to be able to rapidly edit like I have been doing in 2024 to February 2025. (I can still respond, so don’t hesitate to start a conversation with me)
This user is no longer very active on Wikipedia as of February 25, 2025.
Hello I’m a student from LUISS university in Rome and I’m working on a presentation based on wikipedia’s crowdsourcing process and one part of the work is to put myself in the shoes of a wikipedia contributor and find out some feeling he receives when editing or writing pages. The questions I would like to receive answers on are the following:
- What does the editor think and feel:
- What does the editor say and do:
- What does the editor hear and see (about its surroundings):
- What are his pains (what type of frustration does the user feel when contributing):
- What are his gains (what does make him feel good when contributing):
Active support is really needed so thanks in advance and have a great day Tartaluca (talk) 14:33, 11 November 2025 (UTC)
- @Tartaluca, I recommend that you contribute to Wikipedia to see how it feels instead. Seems like someone else has already informed you about this, though. AlphaBetaGamma (Talk/report any mistakes here) 13:27, 16 November 2025 (UTC)
Hello, how do I explain how I feel about someone i feel like I have known for a long time when we recently met? —Esther Mohale (talk) 17:22, 11 November 2025 (UTC)
- I’m sorry to say that I can’t help you with emotions, and Wikipedia isn’t a therapy. AlphaBetaGamma (Talk/report any mistakes here) 13:24, 16 November 2025 (UTC)

- Well until the client sees the page being approved and that’s the complication I have regarding this project mate. L33de2nd (talk) 21:00, 22 November 2025 (UTC)

- my apologies mate, yes,I am getting paid to make the edit as I’ve mentioned above that I will be compensated when the draft has been published and approved even though I’m continuing to make the edit L33de2nd (talk) 07:08, 23 November 2025 (UTC)

if a big page doesnt have many high quality sources, what do i do —Nl14t62 (talk) 23:39, 17 November 2025 (UTC)
- Well, the ideal response is fixing the problem, by swapping it with a source of higher quality, but you’re being a bit vague here! We are pretty strict on what sources are used in medical and WP:BLP articles (they have more risk of causing real-life damage), but you won’t find Wikipedia managing to uphold the standard completely in most articles. One thing is that we have like a few thousand active editors, but we have around 8 million articles.
- For your reference, this link should give you an example of some (not all) sources considered good/subpar. You’re welcome to ask a follow-up question anytime. AlphaBetaGamma (Talk/report any mistakes here) 11:28, 18 November 2025 (UTC)
Background:
I was reading Hans Wildorf’s wiki page (I think that’s his name?), and there was a sentence marked as uncited. It was something about Cuno Korten exporting a million francs worth of watches in 1900. However, zero sources I can find have repeated this claim. All I have read is that Cuno Korten was actually a “trader” (négociant) rather than an actual manufacturer (fabricant) in 1900. Other than that, I can’t seem to find sources or historical documents recording Cuno Korten’s finances.
Question:
In the case there I haven’t found a source for a sentence that has been marked as uncited, should I remove it? Or should I let it stay (and marked) for other editors who are more knowledgeable to find a source? —Ryder B. Mottley (talk) 04:14, 20 November 2025 (UTC)
- Template:More citations needed states:
Unsourced material may be challenged and removed.
. If you fail to find a source for an unsourced claim, you can do the work of removing it. Some pages have low traffic, so leaving the problem might cause it to prevail for an another decade. AlphaBetaGamma (Talk/report any mistakes here) 10:24, 20 November 2025 (UTC)

if a school was demolished and was a high school, is it still able to be put on the list of high schools in summit county and ohio? —Nyx (talk) 12:50, 22 November 2025 (UTC)
- Not sure which list you’re talking about, but I’m pretty sure an average list doesn’t list demolished schools. I’m not that familiar with this website’s academic coverage, unfortunately. Wikipedia is a large thing. AlphaBetaGamma (Talk/report any mistakes here) 13:24, 22 November 2025 (UTC)
Hi, I just submitted a change to the Tommy (The Who album) page about the December 1972 live orchestral performance at The Rainbow Theatre in London. I can’t find a reliable citation for the changed information, but as I was there (I have the ticket still) I know that Ringo Starr was NOT and was replaced by Keith Moon. —Captaincorella (talk) 03:40, 23 November 2025 (UTC)
I’ve now located a YoutTube recording https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XjJ_YPDRbBc and at 1:11:48 (or thereabouts) the voice is definitely Keith Moon and totally impossible to be Ringo Starr. Proof at last. —Captaincorella (talk) 05:36, 23 November 2025 (UTC)
Sorry wrong timestamp in previous note. Should be 37:oo onwards —Captaincorella (talk) 05:41, 23 November 2025 (UTC)
