Welcome to Wikipedia. Your account has been blocked from editing because your username gives the impression that the account represents a group, team, club, organization, company, product, department, or website. Your username is the principal reason for the block. You are welcome to continue editing after you have chosen a new username that complies with Wikipedia’s username policy.
You should also read our conflict of interest guideline and be aware that promotional editing is not acceptable, regardless of the username that you choose. Additionally, if your contributions to Wikipedia form all or part of work for which you are, or expect to be, paid or compensated in any way, you must disclose who is paying you. You may also read our FAQ for article subjects.
Please take a moment to either create a new account, or request a username change to this account.
- To create a new account with a different username, simply log out of this account and then make a new one.
- If you prefer to change the username of this account, you may do so by adding the following text to the bottom of your user talk page (this page):
{{unblock-un|new username|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.
Important items to note:
- The new username that you choose must represent you as an individual, and it must comply with Wikipedia’s username policy.
- You are permitted to use a username that contains the name of a company or organization if it also identifies you individually. Examples include: “Sara Smith at XYZ Company”, “Mark at WidgetsUSA”, or “FoobarFan87”, but not “SEO Manager at XYZ Company”.
- Before requesting your new username, check if it is still available. If the search says “There is no global account for [username]”, the username is free to use.
Appeals: If your username does not represent a group, organization, department, website, or other entity described above, and if you believe that this block was incorrect or made in error, you may appeal this block by adding the following text to the bottom of your user talk page (this page): {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.
Thank you. — Newslinger talk 19:26, 17 November 2025 (UTC)

A tag has been placed on Draft:The Theatre of Western Springs, requesting that it be deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under two or more of the criteria for speedy deletion, by which pages can be deleted at any time, without discussion. If the page meets any of these strictly defined criteria, then it may soon be deleted by an administrator. The reasons it has been tagged are:
- It seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. (See section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion.) Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.
- It appears to be an unambiguous copyright infringement of https://theatreofwesternsprings.com/tws-mission/ and https://theatreofwesternsprings.com/about-us/about-theatre-of-western-springs/. (See section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion.) For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing. If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia’s copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled “Contest this speedy deletion”. This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia’s policies and guidelines. Thank you for your contributions. It appears that you have created or edited an article about a company or organization. However, the following problems exist with your submission:
- You cannot post copyrighted material on Wikipedia – even if you are the copyright holder, or have the copyright holder’s permission – unless the material has been released for use by the verified copyright owner into the public domain or under a license compatible with Wikipedia. These licenses allow anyone — not just Wikipedia — to share, distribute, transmit, and adapt your work, free of charge and in perpetuity, provided that you are attributed as the author. Also, because some derivative works may be commercial, we cannot accept materials that are licensed only for educational use or even for general non-commercial use. Releasing the material is both permanent and irrevocable.
- Wikipedia requires that organizations meet its notability criteria to be deemed worthy of inclusion. It means this organization must have already been the subject of significant coverage by multiple sources that are both reliable and independent of the organization itself. Company-authored sources (such as press releases, interviews and social media) are defined as self-published and therefore not reliable. Wikipedia:Perennial sources is a good place to find out which sources are deemed reliable and which are not.
- If you have a personal or professional involvement with the organization you are writing about, then you have a conflict of interest (COI). COI editors are not prohibited from contributing, but are highly discouraged to do so, due to the inherent difficulty of writing from the required neutral point of view. Please note that writing with the intention to promote or publicize anything or anyone is strictly prohibited. In addition, if you are being paid directly or indirectly to write about a subject on Wikipedia, then you must disclose this information per Wikipedia’s mandatory paid editing policy.
I’m sorry that this message was not more favourable. If you require more assistance, please consult the Help Desk or the Teahouse for new editors. Thank you for your cooperation, and best of luck with your future edits. —Drm310 🍁 (talk) 03:44, 18 November 2025 (UTC)
