* ChelseaArtists, “Chelsea Artists” is the name of an organisation representing a group of artists. Since you wrote about Chelsea in London, and that group is based in Chelsea in New York, I assume you have no connection to it; nevertheless, I think you should have your account renamed, to avoid any risk of giving the misleading impression that you are editing on behalf of a group. There’s a procedure for making a request for an account to be renamed, which you can read at [[Wikipedia:Changing username]] if you like, but it’s likely to be easier and quicker to just ask me to do it. In order to avoid wasting time requesting a username which has already been taken, check at [[Special:CentralAuth]]. Put your proposed new username in the box and click on “View user information”. If the name is already in use, you will see information about the account with that name. If it isn’t yet taken you will see a message saying “There is no global account for ”[whatever name you put in]””. When you have found a suitable username, let me know, and if there are no unforeseen problems I’ll do the rename. (Unfortunately sometimes there is an unforeseen problem.) Once it’s done, you will be able to log in under the new username, with the same password as before. [[User:JBW|JBW]] ([[User talk:JBW|talk]]) 19:19, 15 September 2025 (UTC)

This has been done under two or more of the criteria for speedy deletion, by which articles can be deleted at any time, without discussion. If the page meets any of these strictly-defined criteria, then it may be soon be deleted by an administrator. The reasons it has been tagged are:
- It seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. (See section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion.) Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Business for more information.

Request reason:
Hello to all concerned, especially to administrator JBW. More than ten years ago, I admittedly created this account to advertise an artist collective I admire to give them more visibility on the internet. I was not in any way affiliated to any artist and never received compensation for my edits. It was done out of admiration but it was done recklessly with utter disregard to Wiki guidelines. I now fully understand that creating a promotional page and shoehorning links to it go against Wiki policies. I pledge to not repeat such indescretions and stick to Wiki rules. I am willing to rename my account if the administrators deem it improper and will respect any restrictions placed. Regarding having multiple accounts, I can only recall that I created this account at a school’s computer lab which may explain the technical details of my block. I only created one account. Currently, I have a pre-loved phone and laptop which I plan on using to edit and is subscribed to a data plan (with dynamic IP). I respectfully request unblocking so I can productively use my spare time to improve Wikipedia and to advocate free and quality knowledge on the web. Thank you very much. Accept reason:
JBW: How do you feel about an unblock? Additionally, would you say a rename is required? Significa liberdade (she/her) (talk) 16:21, 15 September 2025 (UTC)
