I have a lot of experience with Wikipedia, I have had multiple Wikipedia accounts, forgotten about them, tried to get back into them, not been successful, etc. . I like my current account, and I am planning on contributing a lot!

I don’t think there’s such a thing as a “mock wikipedia user account.” Even if you’re not using your real identity, you’re still a user on Wikipedia, and need to follow Wikipedia’s rules.
