:Ok. I thought AVIXA is pretty good source. They run the two major conferences for digital signage (InfoComm and ISE). Typically I see market numbers used from Indian datamarts, which are very unreliable, to further confuse facts. I’ll avoid links. Digital signage is a nascent industry much like kiosks. Other than generally accepted industry observations there are zero academic-related sources to use. Welcome to Wikipedia, Craigkeefner-pm! I’m Bsoyka, and I’ve been assigned as your mentor. All new Wikipedia accounts receive a mentor chosen randomly from a list of volunteers. It just means I’m here to help with anything you need! We need to have all kinds of people working together to create an online encyclopedia, so I’m glad you’re here. Over time, you will figure out what you enjoy doing the most on Wikipedia.
You might have noticed that you have access to a tutorial and suggested edits. It’s recommended that you take advantage of this, as it’ll make learning how to edit Wikipedia easier.
If you need assistance with anything or have any questions, click on the “Get editing help” button on the bottom right corner of your screen. This will open up a module with links to help pages and a place to ask me questions. You can also ask me questions directly on my talk page, or go here to get help from the wider community.
Again, welcome to Wikipedia! Bsoyka (t • c • g) 04:01, 1 September 2025 (UTC)
- I’ve been working the internet since 1983 so pretty familiar. I run association for self-service kiosk companies so I have to be careful not to do what some others have done (promote themselves). Been a long time since I edited Wikipedia. I send money every year to support but haven’t contributed any knowledge or insight for last 15 years.
- I’ve made more mistakes on the internet than most people so always good to have second set of eyes when possible. As I have gotten older, yes, I make fewer and fewer mistakes. Craigkeefner-pm (talk) 23:04, 2 September 2025 (UTC)
I updated and modernized the kiosk and digital signage pages. I should do same to lockers, Voice along with AI. Educate and inform is my aim Craigkeefner-pm (talk) 18:58, 26 September 2025 (UTC)
