I would like to ask for clarification regarding reliable sources.

While reviewing the English Wikipedia article on Bhutan and comparing it with versions in other languages, I noticed that the Japanese article includes a section titled “Arts & Crafts(or Arts),” which does not appear in the English version. I translated that section into English and added it to the article.

In this context, would the Japanese Wikipedia article be considered a reliable source?

Wikis are user-generated content and are therefore not reliable sources, there is also specific guidance against using Wikipedia as a source that can be read about at WP:CIRCULAR. Unfortunately the arts section at ja:ブータン#美術 also doesn’t have any sources we could import here to support the translated text.
