If you want to be unblocked, please change your username and attitude towards Wikipedia. 𝚃𝚑𝚎 𝙶𝚛𝚎𝚊𝚝 𝙴𝚙𝚒𝚙𝚑𝚊𝚗𝚢👁👄👁 (talk) 18:05, 21 January 2026 (UTC)[reply]
OK, I accept what you say. It looked like vandalism, and your username didn’t encourage giving the benefit of the doubt, as people with usernames like that are almost always here just to vandalise. However, having looked back at what you were doing I now believe that you were trying to make a useful change but didn’t know how to. If you are willing to have your username changed I will remove the block.
If you do decide to accept a change of username, pick a name you are willing to use. In order to avoid wasting time requesting a username which has already been taken, check at Special:CentralAuth. Put your proposed new username in the box and click on “View account information”. If the name is already in use, you will see information about the account with that name. If it isn’t yet taken you will see a message saying “There is no global account for [whatever name you put in]”.
When you have found a suitable new username, post a message here telling me that you are ready for the name change to go ahead. If you start that with {{ping|JBW}} and sign it by ending with ~~~~ I will be automatically notified of your message. JBW (talk) 14:50, 22 January 2026 (UTC)[reply]

OK, as you must have seen if you are reading this, I’ve renamed your account. You should be able to log into it under the new name, using the same password as before. JBW (talk) 21:11, 23 January 2026 (UTC)[reply]

it says im still blocked Insidiousblues87 (talk) 21:33, 23 January 2026 (UTC)[reply]
There’s no direct block on this account, but you may be affected by an IP block or an autoblock. Can you tell me exactly what the message telling you that you are blocked says? If it gives an IP address then include that. If you don’t want to make that information publicly visible by posting it here, then you can send it to me confidentially by email. Hello. This is a message to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions, such as the edit(s) you made to Winx Club, did not appear to be constructive and have been reverted. Please take some time to familiarise yourself with our policies and guidelines. You can find information about these at our welcome page which also provides further information about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. If you only meant to make test edits, please use your sandbox for that. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you may leave a message on my talk page. Thank you. Please do not add or change content, as you did at Winx Club, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources to see how to add references to an article. Thank you. Poirot09 (talk) 08:33, 26 January 2026 (UTC)[reply]

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war, according to the reverts you’ve made to Winx Club. This means that you are repeatedly reverting content back to how you think it should be, despite knowing that other editors disagree. Once it is known that there is a disagreement, users are expected to collaborate with others, avoid editing disruptively, and try to reach a consensus – rather than repeatedly reverting the changes made by other users.

Important points to note:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive behavior – regardless of how many reverts you have made;
  2. Do not engage in edit warring – even if you believe that you are right.

You need to discuss the disagreement on the article’s talk page and work towards a revision that represents consensus among everyone involved. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution if discussions reach an impasse. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you continue to engage in edit warring, you may be blocked from editing. JBW (talk) 19:08, 26 January 2026 (UTC)[reply]
