If you want to create a page for yourself, that is exactly what social media is for, as well as webhosting companies. “To let people know about myself” is a promotional purpose and not permitted on Wikipedia. We have articles that are typically written by independent editors wholly unconnected with the topic, and those articles summarize what independent reliable sources say about topics that meet our criteria, like a notable musician. Most people have difficulty doing that about themselves. Please see the autobiography policy. You won’t be unblocked to, in the short term, edit about yourself, so please tell what you will edit about instead in a new request. 1. I am not being paid for any of my contributions at all. It is only my initiative.
2. I understand the reason why I am being blocked and I repeat and I want to emphasize that I do not intend to promote anything, run campaigns, or engage in any malicious activity. My only purpose is to share information about music, musicians, artists, and bands based on facts, for general knowledge.
3. I intend to contribute the factual knowledge I have about these topics and help improve the overall quality of information on Wikipedia.
4. I want to change my nickname to iv_oxygen27
