I noticed that you added Froilan Canlas, and Julian Alturas back to the Notable personalities section of Bato, Camarines Sur. You must be aware that I added these personalities on the article’s talk page here requesting fellow editors to create first the articles of the same persons you added following Wikipedia’s Notability policy.
