If you are here because I removed your edit, please read the following before leaving a talk page message.
Please note that it is possible that I have made a mistake.
If you are here because I declined your draft.
Please note that I will not accept requests to check your draft again.
Could you perhaps give explanation on “whats not happening” and i do apologise for my edit that broke the page. Melty love (talk) 20:06, 4 February 2026 (UTC)
- @Melty love That page is for vandals and compromised accounts. A user with 17k edits is not going to be a vandal. You can file a report at Wikipedia:Administrators’ noticeboard/Edit warring or Wikipedia:Administrators’ noticeboard/Incidents. – LuniZunie(talk) 20:09, 4 February 2026 (UTC)

@Rosguill https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:LuniZunie&diff=prev&oldid=1336611373 still has the username in the signature, would revdel-ing be possible? Cheers! (feel free to revert this message) monkeysmashingkeyboards (talk) 21:24, 4 February 2026 (UTC)
- @Rosguill Also, the diff needs rd’ing since the user signed it. – LuniZunie(talk) 21:25, 4 February 2026 (UTC)
- Sure thing. For what it’s worth, my reasoning for not doing that initially is that while the edit was obviously tendentious, it’s not as immediately disturbing and disruptive as having their username in your page’s edit history. signed, Rosguill talk 21:27, 4 February 2026 (UTC)
- I also assume it takes a lot of time to do this for every sock. – LuniZunie(talk) 21:28, 4 February 2026 (UTC)
- make an account specifically for LTA hunting that can’t be linked back to you!! amazing ideas right here :3 monkeysmashingkeyboards (talk) 21:29, 4 February 2026 (UTC)
- @Rosguill Found some more that need to be revdelled. Check email. —Prothe1st (leave me a message)– 21:38, 4 February 2026 (UTC)
- I took care of the one diff you identified that I could action, but as the others have had oversight partially applied, I apparently do not have account permissions to do any further revision editing on them (even though technically speaking I would not be undoing the OS). signed, Rosguill talk 21:42, 4 February 2026 (UTC)

Hi, thank you for offering to mentor me. I’m new to Wikipedia editing and would appreciate guidance on best practices for starting out, especially around user pages, draft articles, and notability guidelines. Any advice on beginner-friendly contributions would be very helpful. —Lianathewriter085 (talk) 08:30, 6 February 2026 (UTC)
- @Lianathewriter085 Hey! Editing Wikipedia can be hard, so I would suggest starting with simple things such as sentence structure, wording, grammar, and linkage. You can go to random pages and do this, or, alternatively, you could use Special:Homepage. – LuniZunie(talk) 12:11, 6 February 2026 (UTC)
Thank you so much for defending my user page from vandalism! 🍅 fx (talk) 14:07, 6 February 2026 (UTC)

Hello I want to know how to edit —Maki Agnes (talk) 12:43, 7 February 2026 (UTC)
- @Maki Agnes It’s actually really simple! There is a button in the top right corner of most pages that says “edit”. If you click that, you can see the source code of the page and start editing it =) – LuniZunie(talk) 14:52, 7 February 2026 (UTC)

Hi there @LuniZunie,
Hope you are well
I noticed you messaged User:~2025-32042-62 in reference to their editing of Frankly (book) back in November and December 2025.
As of February 2026, this user continues to add claims without providing citations, and now the user is badmouthing me personally in the summary section and using it as commentary, clearly showing an angle of disdain against the author of the book and they’ve shown that when they add in their edits without sources/citations again and they keep repeating it.
What steps are there to take if the user keeps doing it because it is getting quite out of hand and it appears to be the only page that this user keeps editing?
Many thanks!
KeyKing666 (talk) 04:14, 9 February 2026 (UTC)
- @KeyKing666 Thanks for reaching out, I’ve gone ahead and restored an earlier version. The TA clearly is a problem. At this point, nothing can be done since the TA is expired (they only last 90 days), unless the underlying IP were to be blocked. However that would not make sense in this situation. To prevent further DE, I’ll watch the page from now on. Cheers, – LuniZunie(talk) 04:28, 9 February 2026 (UTC)
- Many thanks! You are a star! It’s just frustrating seeing this user continuing to make unnecessary edits simply because they don’t like the author. The user keeps added “Cite Times” etc. without adding an actual citation to back any of the claims up, and it’s clear to me that the user shows disdain by not even implementing the right grammar or structure to the additions that they are making. KeyKing666 (talk) 00:56, 10 February 2026 (UTC)
- Yeah, it is incredibly strange, and I’m not sure what to think of it (as in, I don’t think this is an LLM, and I don’t see how this could be a language issue, so what is going on??). But, as long as the page is correct now thats all that matters =) – LuniZunie(talk) 01:08, 10 February 2026 (UTC)

News and updates for administrators from the past month (January 2026).
- Due to the result of a recent motion, a rough consensus of administrators at the arbitration enforcement noticeboard may impose an expanded topic ban on Israel, Israelis, Jews, Judaism, Palestine, Palestinians, Islam, and/or Arabs, if an editor’s Arab-Israeli conflict topic ban is determined to be insufficient to prevent disruption. At least one diff per area expanded into should be cited.
- @Pandas planes Of course!! I’m always here to help =) – LuniZunie(talk) 17:44, 10 February 2026 (UTC)
How do you find so many LTA socks? I see them around but not at the rate you seem to. Today on SRG is a bit insane. (I’m assuming you’re aware and just found them all separately, but TWG allows you to report multiple socks in one report in case that’s helpful information to you) lp0 on fire () 17:57, 10 February 2026 (UTC)

Mr Chopper’s edits today to the new expanded section on Reception on the Camargue page were unjustified: He deleted it all and so destroyed two days of my work and research. The work was balanced and scholarly. How do I report vandalism like this? Bergsonn (talk) 19:30, 10 February 2026 (UTC)
- @Bergsonn Hey, I don’t think this is vandalism. Vandalism is in bad faith, and this was not. The best way to go about this would be going to the talk page of the article, and being cooperative and respectful to each other. Cheers, – LuniZunie(talk) 19:34, 10 February 2026 (UTC)
- I will try by best! But deleting over a page of another person’s new material with only the simple explanation of it being ‘biased’ – even though it cites over 6 new sources extensively – is hard to interpret as cooperative and respectful IMO. But I will try. I note that others have commented on Mr Chopper’s attitude separately. -Bergsonn 20:39, 10 February 2026 (UTC)
- Yes, well, the best way to respond is to be nice. Otherwise, it will just continue to escalate, which we really don’t want happening =) – LuniZunie(talk) 20:43, 10 February 2026 (UTC)
