Thanks for your contributions to Paul Ernst (pathologist). Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing at this time because it needs more sources to establish notability.
I have converted your article to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.

Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page.
When the article is ready for publication, please click on the “Submit for review” button at the top of the page OR move the page back. CycloneYoris talk! 22:33, 25 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Ok I will add references. Also found a photograph to add and a painting. Give me some time. Pancras Hogendoorn (talk) 07:19, 26 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, Pancras Hogendoorn, and welcome to Wikipedia! I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one or more of the pages you created may not conform to some of Wikipedia’s content policies and may not be retained. In short, the topic of an article must be notable and have already been the subject of publication by reliable and independent sources.

Please review Your first article for an overview of the article creation process. The Article Wizard is available to help you create an article, where it will be reviewed and considered for publication. For information on how to request a new article that can be created by someone else, see Requested articles. Hello, Pancras Hogendoorn. This message concerns the Articles for Creation submission or draft page you started, “Paul Ernst“.

Drafts that go unedited for six months are eligible for deletion, in accordance with our draftspace policy, and this one has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply edit the submission, and remove the {{db-afc}}, {{db-draft}}, or {{db-g13}} code.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you read this, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions here. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the draft so you can continue to work on it.

Thank you for your submission to Wikipedia! DreamRimmer bot II (talk) 23:26, 22 May 2025 (UTC)[reply]

The draft was published a while ago after being reviewed by an editor, so I guess it is settled as a permanent contribution now. Correct? Pancras Hogendoorn (talk) 13:03, 23 May 2025 (UTC)[reply]
It looks like there was a draft version (last edited in November) as well as the version now in mainspace at Paul Ernst (pathologist), perhaps as a result of a copy and paste move rather than the proper process. I think you can safely ignore the automated message above. Curb Safe Charmer (talk) 15:34, 23 May 2025 (UTC)[reply]

The comment the reviewer left was:

Most of the articles references appear to be to work that led to recipients winning the award. The articles do not say anything about the award itself. The few references that do discuss the award are from the organisation that awards it. To show that the prize is notable by Wikipedia criteria you need multiple independent sources (i.e. not from people awarding or receiving the prize).

Please check the submission for any additional comments left by the reviewer. You are encouraged to edit the submission to address the issues raised and resubmit after they have been resolved.
