I’m trying to transfer the Sustainable Car article from the JP wikipedia to the EN wikipedia. I usually just rewrite almost everything into english, and add the same sources.

Please make sure you are following Wikipedia’s Manual of Style. Also, Wikipedia is not an essay assigned by your English teacher, so there is no need to shovel words into articles without actually changing what they say just for the sake of doing so.
