Replaceable non-free use File:Mayaeni2.jpg.file.jpg
Thanks for uploading ”':File:Mayaeni2.jpg.file.jpg”’. I noticed that this file is being used under a claim of non-free use. However, I think that the way it is being used fails the first non-free content criterion. This criterion states that files used under claims of non-free use may have ”no free equivalent”; in other words, if the file could be adequately covered by a freely-licensed file or by text alone, then it may not be used on Wikipedia. If you believe this file is not replaceable, please:
# Go to the file description page and add the text Di-replaceable non-free use disputed ”’below”’ the original replaceable non-free use template, replacing <code><your reason></code> with a short explanation of why the file is not replaceable.
# On the file’s talk page, write a full explanation of why you believe the file is not replaceable.
Alternatively, you can also choose to replace this non-free media item by finding freely licensed media of the same subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or similar) media under a free license, or by creating new media yourself (for example, by taking your own photograph of the subject).

Hello, Rager7
I edit here too, under the username ~delta and it’s nice to meet you 🙂
I wanted to let you know that I’ve asked for a discussion about the redirect Kpop film, created by you. Your comments are welcome at Wikipedia:Redirects for discussion/Log/2025 September 9 § Kpop film.
If you have any questions, please leave a comment here and prepend it with ~delta. And don’t forget to sign your reply with ~~~~ . Thanks!

Hello, re your edit to that page, which is on my watchlist because I live nearby: “southwest” is American English while “South-west” or “South West”, etc. are Commonwealth/British/Australian English. Also, as Mitch Ames pointed out in his revert, the region is called the South West. See our guideline on English varieties in case you haven’t already. Graham87 (talk) 15:14, 19 September 2025 (UTC)
- Also, I did use the thank feature to thank you for that edit, but that was an accident; I hit the wrong thank button. Graham87 (talk) 18:11, 19 September 2025 (UTC)
- Oh hey, long time no see. No worries of mis clicking it happens to us all. Rager7 (talk) 18:13, 19 September 2025 (UTC)
Hi again, thanks for your efforts, but I’ve unfortunately reverted some of your edits (please see my explanatory edit summaries); I just happened to check your contributions when I found the last two edits I undid. Your rapid rate of editing makes me wonder how deeply you’re checking each of your edits; because Wikipedia is such a prominent site, it’s important that you take as much care as possible not to leave articles in a worse state than how you found them. Please use the preview button or ask at the teahouse if you’re not sure. If you’re already getting notified when someone reverts an edit of yours, please take heed of their explanation in their edit summaries and adjust your editing pattern accordingly. Graham87 (talk) 18:11, 19 September 2025 (UTC)
- Oh yeah, right my bad. I just wanted to get into habit of editing again after my long hiatus. I’ll slowdown in terms of editing. Rager7 (talk) 18:22, 19 September 2025 (UTC)
Hello, please do not add stub categories directly, as you did at Pentti Salo, Doylesville, Virginia, and Sushil Kumar Prasad, especially when there are already adequate stub templates on the articles, as there were in all three cases. Regarding your edits to the biography articles, athletics refers to track-and-field (e.g. running, hurdles), not sports in general, so adding athletics stub templates/categories to articles that are already categorised under another sport (e.g. cricket, wrestling) is highly undesirable. Please see the page Wikipedia:Stub to see how our stub templates work. Graham87 (talk) 18:23, 19 September 2025 (UTC)
- I see, the stubs I added were redundant. Rager7 (talk) 18:25, 19 September 2025 (UTC)
- Indeed. I’ve made 88 more edits to fix up unneeded categories and other things (not all your fault). Graham87 (talk) 20:47, 19 September 2025 (UTC)
- Cool, yeah sometimes there would be a bot that add unnecessary templates when it’s not necessary. Rager7 (talk) 21:23, 19 September 2025 (UTC)
- I’m not sure what you mean. Graham87 (talk) 10:34, 20 September 2025 (UTC)
- Jenni Keenan Green For example you undid an edit that was made by bot that does templates and thought was unnecessary and here Edward J. Tomczyk:. Rager7 (talk) 18:27, 20 September 2025 (UTC)
- The bot’s functions are helpful; I was undoing the bot’s edits so I could more easily undo yours. Graham87 (talk) 19:15, 20 September 2025 (UTC)

- This is especially important in cases like this, where you changed a link from the old name of an institution to a newer one, thus making the link anachronistic. Graham87 (talk) 10:34, 20 September 2025 (UTC)
- Ah I see, so linking to a redirect is okay as long as it referring to the same subject at hand.
- In that case, college and university meant the same thing. So having the original link to the redirect was okay to begin with and didn’t needed to changed. Rager7 (talk) 18:18, 20 September 2025 (UTC)
Re your edit to User talk:73.247.251.195: did you know there are user warning templates for things like that? For example, in that case,
Good to see that you seem to have taken my advice above to slow down. I would recommend editing articles that you’re interested in (or sticking to current events editing as you have been doing), rather than editing pages found with the random article feature that are often barely watched and have caused several problems for you over the years. Graham87 (talk) 10:34, 20 September 2025 (UTC)
- Also, thanks for telling me on how people warn vandals properly. I always wondered how people were able give such messages after said violations. Rager7 (talk) 18:25, 20 September 2025 (UTC)
A tag has been placed on File:Agnes Gund. jpg.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a non-free file from a commercial source (e.g. Associated Press, Getty Images), where the file itself is not the subject of sourced commentary. If you can explain why the file can be used under the non-free content guidelines, please add the appropriate non-free use tag and rationale.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled “Contest this speedy deletion”. This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia’s policies and guidelines. - Limited quotation: You may only copy or translate a small portion of a source. Any direct quotations must be enclosed in double quotation marks (“) and properly cited using an inline citation. More information is available on the non-free content page. To learn how to cite a source, see Help:Referencing for beginners.
- Paraphrasing: Beyond limited quotations, you are required to put all information in your own words. Following the source’s wording too closely can lead to copyright issues and is not permitted; see Wikipedia:Close paraphrasing. Even when paraphrasing, you must still cite your sources as appropriate.
- Image use guidelines: In most scenarios, only freely licensed or public domain images may be used and these should be uploaded to our sister project, Wikimedia Commons. In some scenarios, non-freely copyrighted content can be used if they meet all ten of our non-free content criteria; Wikipedia:Plain and simple non-free content guide may help with determining a file’s eligibility.
- Copyrighted material donation: If you hold the copyright to the content you want to copy, or are a legally designated agent, you may be able to license the text for publication here. Please see Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials.
- Copying and translation within Wikipedia: Wikipedia articles can be copied or translated, however they must have proper attribution in accordance with Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. For translation, see Help:Translation § Licensing.
It’s very important that contributors understand and follow these practices. Persistent failure to comply may result in being blocked from editing. If you have any questions or need further clarification, please ask them here on this page, or leave a message on my talk page. Thank you. — Diannaa 🍁 (talk) 14:17, 24 September 2025 (UTC)

The page WIAH has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This was done under section R2 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it was a redirect from the article namespace to a different namespace except the Category, Template, Wikipedia, Help, or Portal namespaces.
Please do not recreate the material without addressing these concerns, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia’s policies and guidelines. If you think this page should not have been deleted for this reason, you may contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you may open a discussion at Wikipedia:Deletion review. - I should add the reason for making that redirect is that WIAH is another initial for the Youtuber Whatifalthist. Rager7 (talk) 03:52, 1 October 2025 (UTC)

Thanks for uploading File:Tyr Walker.jpg. I noticed that this file is being used under a claim of non-free use. However, I think that the way it is being used fails the first non-free content criterion. This criterion states that files used under claims of non-free use may have no free equivalent; in other words, if the file could be adequately covered by a freely-licensed file or by text alone, then it may not be used on Wikipedia. If you believe this file is not replaceable, please:
- Go to the file description page and add the text
below the original replaceable non-free use template, replacing<your reason>with a short explanation of why the file is not replaceable. - On the file’s talk page, write a full explanation of why you believe the file is not replaceable.
Alternatively, you can also choose to replace this non-free media item by finding freely licensed media of the same subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or similar) media under a free license, or by creating new media yourself (for example, by taking your own photograph of the subject).
If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified how these media fully satisfy our non-free content criteria. You can find a list of description pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that even if you follow steps 1 and 2 above, non-free media which could be replaced by freely licensed alternatives will be deleted 2 days after this notification, per the non-free content policy.
