That draft provides no evidence that this business is notable. It is just you telling the world about your employer, and that makes it pure promotion; see WP:YESPROMO. How these policies apply to my block: I understand now that because I am a full-time employee at Royal Capital Ltd., any edits I make regarding the company are considered “Paid Editing.” My initial mistake was attempting to create or edit the company’s profile directly. Even though I was not specifically instructed by my employer to do so, receiving a salary while editing topics related to my workplace creates an inherent conflict that undermines Wikipedia’s neutrality. I apologize for not disclosing this properly from the start and for attempting to use Wikipedia as a platform for company visibility.

First, I apologize for taking help of AI for my request to unblock. I have used AI to perfect my write-up because I was a bit worried about mistakes in my write-up. I understand I just made myself insincere.

Now, I truly understand that as a full-time employee of Royal Capital Ltd., I can’t write about the company or edit anything related to the company, competitors, or the industry. Also, I didn’t knew that paid editing has such strict rules. In person I am a marketing professional, but on Wikipedia, I want to be someone who helps with the simple tasks regularly, like- adding citations, correcting wrong information (dates), expanding stubs with enough details with appropriate citations.

If you give me one last chance, I can assure you I’ll never write or edit anything related to Royal Capital or particularly about the brokerage industry of Bangladesh. I can also assure that I’ll not use any LLM or AI models. I’ll give my employment disclosure in my user page. If anything comes up regarding to my conflict of interest, I’ll put it on my talk page so someone could write or edit.
