Can you explain why you’re removing “Sub-Saharan African descent” for pages about Black people in different countries like Black people living in France or Japan? Sub-Saharan Africa is Black Africa, like how North Africa is Arab Africa. I reverted your edits because I’m confused. There are many millions of Black African people descending from countries above the Sahara too, and the sources support this. There is no arbitrary line in Africa where a black person is allowed to be from. These people are included and should not be erased. Ryuudou (talk) 13:00, 9 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Black people in the Caribbean have origin in Sub-Saharan Africa. The page about Black people on Wikipedia mentions in the first paragraph all Black people have ancestry there, or they’re indigenous Australian or from Malaysia. Sub-Saharan Africa is Black Africa, anywhere else in Africa isn’t black, like Libya in North Africa is Arab because North Africa is considered Arab Africa. Give me one Black African country in Africa that isn’t Sub-Saharan Africa and I’ll undo my edits Kpop777 (talk) 17:13, 9 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]
