I think the background section is more appropriate for the conflict’s history and prior ceasefires. Blinken’s claim that the plan was “essentially” drafted by the previous administration and “more or less” left for the incoming administration seems like a direct commentary on the 20-point proposal. You reverted my edit on List of wars involving Pakistan. What do I do now? I tried to have a discussion here but still got reverted. I have seen the same cycle repeat. Someone comes and restores an inherently worse version of the article, and when I offer them to discuss to the talk page, they simply ghost me. What do I do now? Please. Someone always comes and reverts and refuses to talk/discuss and when I try actually did get somewhat of a “consensus”, it still gets reverted. You should seek consensus on the talk page and explain why your changes constitute improvements. From what I can see, your same edit had been reverted by half a dozen editors[1][2][3][4][5][6] yet you persisted on restoring your edits in violation of WP:BRD. Please discuss your changes.
