Great start to the article. One small thing to fix is the lack of a references section, but that’s easy enough to do. The reason I’m unable to approve the article though is that it needs 2-3 solid independent secondary sources published in reliable venues, and which talk about the tournament itself in length. The article about the tournament being moved to Fiji is long enough to count, but unfortunately the other two sources aren’t able to count towards demonstrating notability, because one is a primary, and non-independent source, and the other is YouTube, so not entirely reliable, hopefully you will be able to pull together a couple more decent sources thigh, and then we can quickly revisit the article and see if we can get it approved. My areas of experise are – sport and social sciences.

Just remember one thing, if you move an article to draft and somebody is working on it in the same time, all not saved work could be lost. It is very annoying. You could send a warning ten minutes before moving otherwise some valuable editing could be lost.

When an editor requests that you stop posting on their talk page, you should respect that request.
Arguments based on other articles existing are irrelevant.
When a draft article is submitted, it goes in a queue that reviewing editors watch. Those editors are granted the right to review and accept drafts based on their experience and knowledge of Wikipedia’s policies and guidelines. Those reviewers are not responsible for the state of every other article that has been created since Wikipedia began.

But the steps were different.

After I have published twice Ronald Mann article, some admins immediately marked as “Article for Deletion”. It was their active steps, no random queue task.

I have argued that much worse articles like for example (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michael_Froomkin), which I wanted to create as well, but somebody made it before 18 months, so worse articles are not watched.

Simply all my activity is watched almost online and put under huge critique, not comparable to other starting users.

I would like to know why I have attracted so big attention of reviewing editors, if my articles are not political, security issues etc.

Being nominated for deletion is one of the possible outcomes for a new article. I cannot say why any other editor might have examined your edits, however new editors who demonstrate a difficulty with learning and complying with wikipedia norms tend to get attention. Your posts on editors’ talk pages are concerning because of their combative nature. As I see it, you have three options here: continue with your current approach (which I don’t recommend as it is counter-productive); become more collaborative and civil in your approach (which I do recommend); or stop editing English wikipedia. I am collaborative, I was able to find partners in the football wikipedia which helped my articles by their edits. They were more professional and taught me how to avoid mistakes.

However in the case of Ronald Mann, somebody approached my articles just few minutes after publishing and returned it to the Draft, however I was able to demonstrate similar articles were ignored 18 months (Michael Froomkin).

And all editors with critique of page of Ronald Mann, which can have one- two visitors weekly, were top flight editors.

So I am curious, why top editors focus on myself , editing page of forgotten scholar Ronald Mann with no possible future audience.
