Abhimanoj was born on 2 February 1965 in Begusarai, Bihar. He completed his early education at B.S.S. Collegiate School, Begusarai, and later earned degrees in Mathematics, Arts, and Law. He also holds a Diploma in Journalism and an LL.M. in Cyber Law. He is a certified Google Cyber Security Analyst.
Career in Journalism
Abhimanoj began his career in journalism in the early 1980s as a freelance contributor. Over the years, he held senior editorial positions in several Hindi daily newspapers such as Navabharat, Free Press, Nai Duniya, and Peoples Samachar. He served as Resident Editor and Associate Editor in multiple cities including Indore, Jabalpur, Nagpur, and Mumbai. He has covered proceedings of various state legislative assemblies and worked extensively in political and legal reporting.
He is the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of PalpalIndia.com, a Hindi-language digital news platform, and CourtMitra.com, a legal advice portal.

He began his career in the early 1980s as a freelance journalist and later held senior editorial posts — including News Editor, Associate Editor, and Resident Editor — at prominent Hindi dailies such as Nai Duniya, Free Press, and Navabharat, working across cities like Indore, Jabalpur, Nagpur, Mumbai, and Satna.[1]
He is the founder and Editor-in-Chief of PalpalIndia.com, a Hindi digital news portal. He also co-founded CourtMitra.com, an online legal advice platform.[2]
Prior to enrolling with the Bar Council of Madhya Pradesh, he was an accredited journalist and later transitioned to legal practice with a focus on cyber law and digital rights.
