Chaitram Deochand Pawar is an Indian community leader and social activist from Baripada, a tribal village in Dhule district, Maharashtra. He is known for his work in forest conservation, water management, and rural development.
Early life and education
Pawar was born in Baripada and completed a postgraduate degree in commerce. Despite opportunities to pursue a career elsewhere, including an offer from the Indian Air Force, he chose to remain in his native village to participate in local development and environmental initiatives.
