TrackTwenty (formerly Maxis Helsinki) is a Finnish video game development studio owned by Electronic Arts (EA). TrackTwenty is responsible for SimCity: BuildIt.
TrackTwenty was originally a Maxis studio named Maxis Helsinki, but was later unaffiliated for unknown reasons and received the current name.

After the negative reception of SimCity (2013), EA assigned TrackTwenty the task of developing a new game to be released quicker than previous SimCity installments and give a higher profit margin[1], initiating the development and subsequential release of SimCity: BuildIt on the following year (2014), with the use of many assets from SimCity (2013). In 2018, according to EA Mobile, SimCity: BuildIt became the most-played SimCity game ever.[2]
