Falkland crossbreed penguin

The Rockaroni penguin (Eudyptes garclious) or just Rockaroni are rare hybrid penguins mainly found in the Falkland Islands and are a crossbreed species of the Southern Rockhopper penguin and the Macaroni penguin[1] who have been recently first discovered in 2025 by Pablo Garcia Borboroglu when planning to film a National Geographic documentary.[2] They are also part of the Eudyptes genus which are Crested penguins and are also part of the Chordate phylum.[3]
