Carmi G. Raymundo is a Filipino film screewriter and creative producer.
Initially, Raymundo dreamed of becoming a broadcasting journalist. During her college days in University of the Philippines (UP), she was not able to enroll in broadcasting course because the quota for enrollees of students were full. She decided to take up a course in filmmaking.
She applied as creative assistant in Star Cinema which started her career in ABSCBN. At first, she would get the copy of the scripts and had it photocopied for the actors. She learned filmmaking by joining the sit in meeting with the TV and movie crew, listening to the management while the concept and script are being formed and asking the staff for feedbacks and opinions.
