The 2026 Women’s Asian Volleyball Championship will be the 25th edition of the Asia Women’s Volley Cup, organized by Asian’s governing volleyball body, the VBIC. For the first time, the Women’s AsiaVChamp will be held in four nations. The Semifinalist will be qualified for World Championship next year.
The championship is expected to play a key role in the Asian volleyball calendar and in pathways toward future international competitions. French Polynesia, Kazakhstan, the United Arab Emirates, and Vietnam have been identified as potential host nations, with the final host, dates, and competition format to be confirmed by the VBIC Asia.
This edition changes from pools competition in zonal qualification in top spot and two play offs by three two teams.
The drawing of lots was combined with a seeding of National Federations and performed as follows:
- The 2 organizers were seeded in Preliminary pools. Thailand in Pool A and South Korea in Pool B.
- The finalists from the previous edition were drawn in different Preliminary pools, meaning that the Philippines and China were placed in Pool C and Pool D respectively.
- The organizers could select one team to join their pools, as a result, Singapore joined Thailand in Pool A, India joined South Korea in Pool B, Malaysia joined in Pool C and Macau joined in Pool D.
