The 1998 United States United States House of Representatives election in North Dakota were held on November 3, 1998, to elect a member of the United States House of Representatives to represent the state of North Dakota from its at-large congressional district. The election coincided with other elections to the U.S. House, as well as elections to the United States Senate, and various other state and local elections. The primary elections were held on June 9, 1998.

Incumbent Democratic–NLP representative Earl Pomeroy was re-elected with 55.1% of the votes in 1996 defeating Republican Kevin Cramer and an independent candidate. Pomeroy seek re-election in 1998 and won the Democratic–NLP primary and defeated Republican challenger Cramer again, in the general election, 56.2%–41.1%.
