Amethystica, officially the Empire of Amethystica, is a Multi-World Empire in the video game Minecraft. Every Amethystican world has a local government, and is further divided into Provinces and Territories, however these are only for geographical identification. Amethystica covers a very wide range of terrain, spanning every single Minecraft biome. With a population of 4 as of 2025, its current capital is Acacia Town, although a new capital called Amethystica City is planned to be built in the future.
The name for Amethystica comes from the name of the mineral Amethyst, which is one of the country’s national symbols. The name was first used by KingKoko379 in a world he claimed from the Minecraft: Bedrock Edition Marketplace as a name for an area with an abundance of Amethyst Blocks and Crystals. The date of the naming, July 10, was later used as the official founding date and a national holiday. the same world is currently part of the empire.
Amethystica is a relatively new country, so not enough has happened to have a thorough history section. Main points:

Amethystica has a very varied terrain, with some world possessions spanning every single Minecraft biome.
Government and politics

Amethystica is a unitary state and absolute monarchy in which the power of the Emperor is unlimited. In the recent government expansion of Amethystica, the emperor has created a government of larger departments and smaller pieces, each for the purpose of organization of the emperor’s individual tasks to expand the nation.

Amethystica is divided into eight self-governing Minecraft worlds:
- Hermitcraft Season Eight (Copy)
- U2
- Monster Military
- BOOM
- PC in the stone age
- the pit
- Amethystica
- SSS
The Amethystican military is very small, and comprises of 2 players:
- KingKoko379: Emperor and chief executive of the military.
- Rbug1058: Head of the Amethystican Department of Defense and chief operating officer of the military.
Domestic security in Amethystica is currently provided by the military, however a police force is under development.
All players are allowed to hurt or kill all entities on Amethystican territory unless:
- It is a Sniffer, the national animal of Amethystica
- It is on the grounds of an Amethystican national park without a park ranger license
- It is declared unlawful for any other reason by the emperor
Due to its large area, Amethystica is rich in a variety of resources, however does not have enough personnel for optimal extraction and profit.
Amethystica has an established highway system, comprising of three typed of government roads:
- C roads are found in most Amethystican worlds. They are the least prominent, but tend to be the longest. They have no officially set width, and are made of path blocks. They usually crisscross between cities or towns.
- B roads are more established, being made of cobblestone slabs and stone brick stairs. Their official width is, when straight, 5 blocks. They are found in direct worlds and usually just lead from spawn to the capital city of the world or other important locations.
- A roads are like B roads, but found only in the Amethystican capital world and lead directly to Amethystica City. Their official widths are 7 blocks and, in the center, have Blocks of Amethyst 7 blocks apart, and Magenta glazed terracotta every 3 Amethyst Blocks, for the purpose of arrows pointing in the direction of Amethystica city.
As of 2025, Amethystica has a population of 4, all of whom are Amethystican nationals.
English is Amethystica’s de facto national language.
Amethystica’s laws guarantee full religious freedom, however the pastafarian religion is supported by the government.
The contemporary culture of Amethystica is heavily influenced by other cultures from around the world.
Art and architecture

Art in Amethystica is somewhat diverse, comprising of Minecraft‘s built-in paintings and map art, the latter being very popular among the government to create posters.
Amethystica’s architecture is also diverse, mainly using european, asian and modern styles.
Officially, Amethystica has 1 national, government-recognized holiday called Amethystica Day on July 10. It is Amethystica’s national establishment holiday.
Amethystican cuisine is limited by Minecraft‘s food items, however popular foods include Beef, Mutton, and Rotten Flesh.
Currently, sports are not practiced in Amethystica, however the government is in the process of creating a national sport, said to be a form of pvp.
